Powered by a highly-sensitive hot-start DNA polymerase, SensiMix formulations facilitate very rapid enzyme-extension rates, enabling fast cycling conditions to be used without compromising PCR efficiency, target detection sensitivity, specificity or reproducibility. DNA SYBR Kits
SensiMix SYBR kits contain all the components necessary to perform consistent and reproducible real-time PCR assays with your DNA template. The 2x mastermixes deliver highly specific and sensitive results across a wide dynamic range of template concentrations (over 10 fold), producing reliable real-time data quickly and easily. The kits are suitable for DNA templates or RNA templates following reverse transcription with the Bioline cDNA Synthesis Kit (BIO-65025)

DNA Probe Kits
SensiMix II Probe is a second-generation 2x mastermix which has been formulated for superior sensitivity and accurate real-time PCR using sequence specific probe chemistries such as TaqMan®, Scorpion®, Assay On Demand®, allelic discrimination and molecular beacon probes. It uses the latest advances in enzyme chemistry to deliver superior performance in genotyping, gene expression analysis and multiplexing. SensiMix II Probe generates highly reproducible and reliable data on all real-time PCR instruments.

HRM Kit
High Resolution Meltcurve (HRM) analysis characterizes nucleic acid samples based on their dissociation behaviour. It combines the principle of intercalating dyes, meltcurve analyses and the application of specific statistical analyses. HRM uses the fundamental property of the separation of the two strands of DNA with heat (melting), and the monitoring of this melting with a fluorescent dye. The SensiMix HRM Kit employs a 3rd generation saturating dye that does not inhibit PCR at high concentrations

RNA SYBR Kits
The SensiMix SYBR One-Step Kits provide high-performance, reproducible first strand cDNA synthesis and subsequent SYBR Green-based real-time PCR assays, using a single protocol. Both cDNA synthesis and PCR are performed in a single tube using gene-specific primers and either total RNA or mRNA. The kit combines a reverse transcriptase and a proprietary hot-start DNA polymerase, for high PCR specificity and sensitivity of the one-step RT-PCR. SensiMix is inactivate and possesses no polymerase activity during the reaction set-up, preventing non-specific amplification including primer-dimer formation.

The SensiMix Probe One Step Kit contains a ready-to-use reagent for probe-based real-time RT-PCR for use on all real-time instruments. The kit has been formulated for use with probe-detection technology, including TaqMan®, Scorpions® and molecular beacon probes.
