Sensitive and
reproducible: SensiMix™
is powered by our proprietary highly optimized chemical
hot-start SensiTaq PCR enzyme, eliminating any primer-dimer formation
and
non-specific amplification which might otherwise be caused by
non-specific
extension during setup and initial heating, essential when quantifying
low copy
number targets by reducing background to a minimum.
Fast: SensiMix™ formulations facilitate very rapid enzyme-extension rates, enabling fast cycling conditions to be used without compromising PCR efficiency. The SensiMix™ formulations are therefore an ideal reagent for the new generation of fast-cyclers, and is also well suited for multiplex RT-PCR reactions, thereby reducing the optimization required for these challenging assays. Flexible: Formulations have been developed for a variety of DNA and RNA templates including cDNA, poly(A) RNA, total RNA and genomic templates. Reliable: All reagents are rigorously quality-controlled to minimize batch-to-batch variation and tested to ensure the absence of contamination.
