The main presentation at this meeting will be the pre-launch of a LNA™-based real-time PCR detection assays. The assay is the Human Probe Library™, which is a unique novel product, where only 90 pre-validated probes are needed to cover the entire human transcriptome, where traditionally you need over 30.000 different probes (one per gene). This new product gives customers an easy access to target any human transcript by real-time PCR* analysis.

More information at www.exiqon.com

ProbeFinder™: The ProbeFinder™ web design portal for fast and easy design of real time PCR detection assays based on Exiqons Human Probe Library will be demonstrated. The user is guided through easy understandable web pages. The human transcript of interest is specified. and a clear and precise set of primers and probes for the real-time PCR analysis is returned. The design software allows the advanced user the option of targeting specific areas of the transcript, these features will also be demonstrated. The software will be made available at www.probefinder.com
