GQ2023 Symposium & Workshop Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

Free access to all presentation, posters and exhibition;

Printed proceedings showing all abstracts of the scientific talk and poster contributions;

Later on, free online access to all recorded talks. All presentations will be recorded, with permission from the speakers and presenting companies, and available on the streaming portal www.eConferences.de (password protected until autumn 2023 and only available for GQ2023 participants);

Full catering service at the scientific event, including all kind of soft drinks, coffee bar, milk bar, various cold or hot snacks, lunch meals during the symposium and workshops;

Full catering at two evening events:

Bavarian style Get-Together Reception with finger-food close to the industrial exhibition on Monday evening March 20th;

Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening March 21st at Bräustüberl Weihenstephan the “World's oldest brewery” with various delicious international buffets (Bavarian & South-Germany style, Asian buffet, International food, Vegetarian meals), a wide slection of alcoholic drinks, beer and wine, and a variety of soft drinks. Please enquire VEGAN FOOD in advance;

To be EthicalMedTech compliant, we have to charge for the After Dinner Party on March 21st. Beer, wine, cocktails, music and dancing will be provided on Tuesday night starting 10 pm till very late. If you want to participate, the organizers will charge 25 Euro (cash) per person at the venue entrance.
