Deadlines:
For participants - deadline for talk and poster abstract submission =  31st December 2022
For companies - deadline for shipment of bag items = 13th March 2023 -- Items that reach us later cannot be packed in the conference bags!

Booth equipment can be sent at following dates and time:               Other shipment dates are not possible!
Friday              
17th March 2023         9 a.m.   to   1 p.m.
Sunday            
19th March 2023         10 a.m. to   6 p.m.

Shipment of the booth equipment only in exceptional cases on Monday 20th March 2023  8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. since the symposium lectures will start also on Monday the 20th  March 2023 at 10 o’clock.

Dates booth equipment "Pick Up":
Wednesday            22nd March 2023      3 p.m. to 6  p.m.
Thursday               
23rd March 2023       8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Exhibitor has to arrange a pickup of the booth and all equipment at the latest until Friday, the 24th March 2023 4 p.m.
Only for that period booth equipment can be stored at the symposium facilities.
Afterwards we take no guarantee for the goods!


Booth setup:
Booth setup is possible on:
Sunday               19th March 2023    1:00 p.m. to  5:00 p.m.
Booth setup in exceptional cases on Monday 20th March 2023     08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
since the symposium lectures will start on Monday the 20th March 2023 at  10 o’clock

Booth dismantling:
The booth can be removed after    3 p.m. on Wednesday 22nd March 2023 or Thursday until 6 p.m. or Friday until 3 p.m.

Poster Layout:

  • The poster content should clearly state objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. Simple tables and graphs are allowed.
  • The abstract should be a one-page document based on unpublished material and written in good standard English.
  • Poster format will be DIN A0   ( portrait format  =>  120 cm/48 inch high x 90 cm/35 inch wide )
  • Presentation of every communication at the conference is subjected to formal registration of at least one co-author.
  • All scientific contributions will be published in a conference proceeding
  • Until autumn 2023 the PDF download of the contributions is password protected and only accessible for Symposium and Workshop participants.

Every participant of the symposium should register her/himself in our booking system, opens in July 2022.

Symposium fees:
Registration fees for symposium and/or qPCR application workshops are displayed here
Student prices can only be booked with a valid matriculation number by students and PhD students.
We do not have traveling or accommodation grants for the event.
