BHQnova™ Probes
|
► The most difficult
qPCR applications demand double-quenched probes for optimum
performance. BHQnova™ probes have improved quenching efficiency
compared to traditional end-labeled probes, while also improving signal
release upon amplification. BHQnova is most advantageous in longer
probe designs, typically those over 25 bases, to boost the
signal-to-noise ratio by overcoming the upper limit on sequence length.

Multiplexing
qPCR
|
► Multiplex
up to 5 targets using Biosearch Technologies’ CAL Fluor and Quasar
dyes, which are brilliant dyes that emit signals from the UV to the
IR. They are compatible with most popular real-time PCR thermal
cyclers and are efficiently quenched by the Black Hole Quencher dye
series. Try RealTimeDesign software in designing your next
multiplexed qPCR assay. |

RealTimeDesign™
Design Software
|
►
RealTimeDesign™ software from Biosearch Technologies is a free, easy to
use, yet powerful design application for real-time qPCR. It
offers both Express and Custom Modes to accommodate the different
levels of control that assays may require. The software links
directly to NCBI to retrieve sequences according to accession number,
and to confirm priming specificity. Both novice and advanced
users can use RealTimeDesign software to design assays for gene
expression analysis, SNP genotyping, and multiplexed qPCR. |
