BHQnova™ Probes

performance. BHQnova™ probes have improved quenching efficiency
compared to traditional end-labeled probes, while also improving signal
release upon amplification. BHQnova is most advantageous in longer

use, yet powerful design application for real-time qPCR. It
offers both Express and Custom Modes to accommodate the different
levels of control that assays may require. The software links
directly to NCBI to retrieve sequences according to accession number,
and to confirm priming specificity. Both novice and advanced
users can use RealTimeDesign software to design assays for gene
expression analysis, SNP genotyping, and multiplexed qPCR. |
