Online access to full presentations:   with permission from the authors all presentation slides and posters will be available online (PDF) on the symposium homepage, in a password protected area.

Full catering service:   including several kinds of drinks, coffee bar, milk bar, various cold or hot snacks, three lunch meals and two evening events:

a Get-Together-Reception on Monday March 18th, with delicious finger food, coffee bar, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic drinks.

For companies out of the EU (except Germany) providing a valid EU-VAT-ID with the registration: EU transaction without German VAT.
The Reverse Charge Procedure applies as per German VAT law (UStG § 3a), VAT Liability is shifted to the recipient of the invoice.
