Symposium opening times for participants are:
Sunday              22nd of March       1:00 p.m.  to  6:00 p.m.   (for booth setup)
Monday             23rd of March         8:00 a.m.  to  10:00 p.m.
Tuesday           24th of March         8:30 a.m.  to   7:00 p.m.
Wednesday     25th of March         8:30 a.m.  to   7:00 p.m.

Workshop opening times for participants are:
Thursday           26th of March        8:30 a.m.  to   5:00 p.m.
Friday                 27th of March        8:30 a.m.  to   5:00 p.m.



Symposium Talks:
Monday             23rd of March        10:00 a.m.  to  6:00 p.m.

(each talk will be 30 min)


Deadlines:

Friday                20th of March:         9 a.m.  to  1 p.m.
Sunday             22th of March:        10 a.m. to  6 p.m.

Shipment of the booth equipment only in exceptional cases on   Monday 23rd March 2015    08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
since the symposium lectures will start on Monday the 23rd March 2015 at 10 o’clock


Dates booth equipment "Pick Up":
Wednesday         25th of March        4 p.m. to 6  p.m.
Thursday              26th of March        8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday                    27th of March        8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Exhibitor has to arrange a pickup of the booth and all equipment at the latest until Friday, the 27th March 2015   4  p.m.
Only for that period booth equipment can be stored at the symposium facilities.



Booth setup:
Booth setup is possible on:
Sunday             22th March 2015    1 p.m. to 06 p.m.

Booth setup in exceptional cases on Monday 23rd March 2015    08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
since the symposium lectures will start on Monday the 23rd March 2015 at 10 o’clock


Booth dismantling:
The booth can be removed after   4 p.m. on Wednesday the 25th March 2015


E-mailing room:
PC access in a separate  computer room HU34A  will be provided, e.g. to check your latest e-mails.

Poster Layout:

  • The poster content should clearly state objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. Simple tables and graphs are allowed.
  • The abstract should be a one-page document based on unpublished material and written in good standard English.
  • Poster format will be DIN A0   ( portrait format  =>  120 cm/48 inch high x 90 cm/35 inch wide )
  • Presentation of every communication at the conference is subjected to formal registration of at least one co-author.
  • All scientific contributions will be published in the qPCR 2015 Symposium Proceedings
  • Until autumn 2015 the PDF download of the contributions is password protected and only accessible for Symposium and Workshop participants.

Publish your conference contribution in "Biomolecular Detection and Quantification":

Biomolecular Detection and Quantification (BDQ) is an open access, peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to championing excellence in molecular study design, measurement, data analysis and reporting. Its focus is on the application of qualitative and quantitative molecular methodologies to all areas of clinical and life sciences.
A special BDQ issue with the title “Advanced Molecular Diagnostics for Biomarker Discovery” will be published in summer 2105. You can submit your conference contribution (talk or poster) manuscript until 30th April 2015.

Student prices can only be booked with a valid matriculation number by students and PhD students.
We do not have traveling or accommodation grants for the event.
